CISS Add CONCAT Plug-in Dialog Box

This plug-in is used to add an a SET statement that will concatenate a value to the end of an existing value.   The dialog box unfolds in stages.  Initially only the CONCAT type is displayed.



After the CONCAT type is selected the The button "Select Target" button is displayed.



When the "Select Target" button is pressed the following dialog box opens.  This dialog box displays the views for the action block.



After the View is selected the list of attributes appear.  Select only one attribute.



After the attribute is selected the two supplemental dialog boxes close and the original dialog box begins to unfold.  At this point depending on which CONCAT Type you selected you will see different versions of the dialog box unfold.

Literal Type

For the literal type only two fields are displayed.  They are the Spaces Between and the Value.



After entering the fields press the Create Concat button.



View Type

When a view type is selected two buttons are displayed.  The "Target" button is the field that will set to it's original value plus the new data.  The "With" button is the new data that will be added to the end.



After both views are selected press the Create Concat button.



Special Type

When a special type is selected one button is displayed.  The "Target" button is the field that will set to it's original value plus the new data.  A list box is displayed with the list of special attributes that are of the text domain.



After the view is selected and a special attribute is selected press the Create Concat button.
