CISS Add SNIPPET Plug-in Dialog Box

This plug-in is used to add a Blocks of code.  This dialog box unfolds dynamically based on the selected SNIPPETin stages.  Initially only the SNIPPET types are displayed.



After the SNIPPET type is selected the dialog box begins to unfold.  Below is an example of one SNIPPET.



The following fields are displayed on the top of the dialog box.

     SNIPPETs Drop Down List Box

The following Buttons are displayed on the top of the dialog box.

     Process SNIPPET Pushbutton
     Help Pushbutton

All of the fields are displayed dynamically on the dialog box.

The following buttons are displayed in the lower portion of the dialog box.
